Dream Work
Sometimes dreams are prophetic; most times they tell us what we are figuring out subconsciously. They can be literal or symbolic, and regardless of who or what is in the dream, usually it is an aspect of self that is attempting to be known, or find resolution, or show you a new path, or showing up for any number of other reasons.Dream language and imagery is very personal, so books focused on dream symbols often confuse the true meaning of those symbols for you. Nonetheless, dream study can be very beneficial, as dreams are powerful helpers when their meaning is explored and then validated through the High Self. I have done this type of work for many years.

Accessing Body Wisdom
The human body is made up of 50 trillion or so cells, with probably that many microbes, that all work interdependently to keep the whole organism as healthy as possible. It was discovered many years ago that specific muscle testing could determine how certain parts/systems/organs of the body are doing in terms of ease or dis-ease, and what foods, supplements, or treatments would be most beneficial.This muscle testing is called kinesiology and the basic premise is this: when the muscle stays strong, it signifies “ok-ness” or a yes answer to a correctly posed question. If the muscle goes weak, things are not ok or the answer to the question is “not yes” or no. Your body knows what serves it and can let you know with kinesiology. Perelandra (perelandra-ltd.com) and many others teach a simple system of learning how to do this, with and for yourself and others.
More recently, David Hawkins (veritaspub.com) detailed in his Power vs Force books how kinesiology can be used to tell the truth about anything, not just what is helpful for the body. It is in fact not a bodily function at all, but reflects truth held within the field of consciousness. Hawkins clarified how and why it works accurately for some and not others, and when it won’t work accurately at all.
Basically, the question must be coming from a place of integrity; it must be stated in certain ways, and the questioner must calibrate or vibrate at or above an overall level of truth/courage, and cannot have emotional attachment to the answer. Which explains why so many have often gotten erroneous information!
In 1980, I learned to use a pendulum in place of testing an actual muscle and healed severe endometriosis in the process. In 2000, Hawkins’ material helped me hone my pendulum use to help anyone know whatever they choose to know, about the body or anything else. I release all fear of knowing the truth and if you do as well, almost everything is knowable. It isn’t really body wisdom, but comes through the field of consciousness itself, yet we can also discover whatever we wish to know about what benefits the body. Your High Self is the God/Heaven Within that prophets and sages have spoken about for many centuries. It offers the best guidance for your highest good, and for all the details that make up a life of meaning, growth, prosperity and joyful freedom, that you will ever receive. It’s your True Self – and knows everything about living the life you would choose if only you knew you could.
Akashic Records
The Akasha is a name for the field of consciousness surrounding all life forms. It holds every thought, word, deed, and intention related to any specific form, throughout every level of being and all time and space. Everything that occurs leaves an imprint, which is how the truth about almost anything is knowable. Reading your Akashic Records can give valuable "big-picture" guidance, along with incredible support, healing, understanding, and unconditional love.I access your Records through prayer. Your questions must be written down and usually I ask you to read all of them at the beginning of our session. Your Record Keepers then answer everything in relation to all the questions asked. For various reasons, I no longer record Akashic sessions, yet you may if you wish. My recommendation, however, is that you listen well and/or take notes instead, because, if old patterns are released during the Reading and then you listen to a recording, you could retrigger those patterns within you.
You must sign and return a release form before we can access your Records. I can send a PDF for you to sign electronically, or mail you the form and wait on it’s return to schedule a session. I can also supply a long list of potential questions to help you clarify and organize what you want to know. You will know whether an hour ($120) or 90 minutes ($150) is most appropriate to address all your questions.

Energy/Chakra Balancing
When our energy is balanced, life flows easily and we feel good most of the time. When it isn’t, we often feel bad and don’t know how to resolve the problem because the roots of it are hidden in the subconscious – the vast part of our being that lives beyond our conscious awareness.
